Zodiac Signs for the Cast of An Airship Named Desire

I love astrology, so it shouldn’t come as a shocker that I assigned everyone zodiac signs. I’m curious to see if anyone guessed them.

Bea- Aries. Like she could be anything else. All the warning signs are there–lives in the now, hot headed, prideful, makes impulsive decisions…

Captain Morris- Sagittarius. The man has to be a fire sign too, but he’s more of a wanderer who occasionally wanes philosophical, like a sir.

Geoff–Libra. He’s the calm, the balance to all the hotheads aboard the ship, but at the same time tends to have that Libran charm about him.

Isabella- Scorpio. This girl has a revenge streak a mile long even if she hides it behind sugar. Also, fiercely loyal with a tough outer shell.

Jensen- Virgo. A sign known to keep feelings under wraps better than most, Jensen’s past remains tightly locked.

Mordecai- Gemini. Easily bored, he’s constantly seeking new adventure and endears himself to folks with adept ease.

Adelle- Cancer. Sweet but guarded, and has the natural homemaker skills of the sign.

Seth- Capricorn. Stable as anything, the man has weathered wars and the nightmares of running a ship by the Captain’s side.

Edwin- Aquarius. Logic trumps most emotional arguments for him, and his experimentation deviates into odd and quirky forays.

For any other astrology junkies, did any of these end up jumping out in the story?

I split my time writing and working my day job as a massage therapist. If it’s a creative pursuit though, chances are I’ve dabbled in it. Hell, I’ve played around with soapmaking, beer brewing, cupcake baking, tea blending and everything else under the midday sun. At the end of the day, my constant is always reading, writing and editing. I’m an Aries-Taurus cusp–which to any astrology buffs should tell you plenty. I hit the East Coast convention circuit pretty hard and chances are, you can find me vending for Solstice Brews while simultaneously promoting my books.
