So, the tricky part about trying to get yourself out there is that you’re constantly working. You’re always pushing out new work, and with me, I don’t like to write and edit directly after. More often than not, if I’ve finished writing something, I let it sit, send it off to betas, and start something new as a distraction. That means a lot of balls to juggle. So here’s what you can anticipate this year, at least!
Solid Ground- My sci-fi romance short will be released with Boroughs Publishing Group on June 12th!
Soul Solution- Is done on my part and is with the senior editor. Very high chances it will be coming out this year.
Stolen Petals- I’ve begun submissions again, since Breathless Press closed before it released *tiny tears*
Winter Fairytale (still untitled)- Out with beta readers
Hunter Urban Fantasy (still untitled)- waiting on some reader responses and beginning to finish up on content edits and head into detailed edits zone
Red Skies Take Warning- querying still
Chasing Fate- on the backburner since it went through a round of rejections. I’m contemplating rewriting it to make it more marketable.
When Fire Ignites- I think I’m going to begin sending that out to publishers
As you can see, a lot’s in the air, on the burner, and off the burner. I’m currently tossing around another couple ideas of what to work on next, but at any point if When Fire Ignites or Red Skies Take Warning would get picked up, I’d switch off to working on the second in those series. Fingers crossed for more progress, and in the meantime, you have Solid Ground to look forward to!
